The third tower will be adjacent to the existing building South tower, on the southwest corner of the site along Hazel Street. The six new townhomes will be located on the northeast corner along McMurray Avenue. The new buildings are anticipated to be complete in mid-2021.

The hours of allowable work for the Parkview Towers development project follow the City of Burnaby Noise and Sound Abatement Bylaw #7332. This allows work between 7 a.m and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturdays. Construction work is not permitted on Sundays and statutory holidays without special permission.
Our goal is to minimize disruption to your day-to-day life as much as possible at Parkview Towers. As we move through the construction phase of the project, we are committed to providing timely, regular and accessible communication to all Parkview Towers residents. We do not anticipate any structural impact to any of the units.
The underground parking will continue to be available for the duration of the project; however, the location and number of stalls may adjust throughout. Ample notice will be given to any residents requested to change parking stalls.
Upgrades to the pool will be completed as part of the new tower development project.
Vehicle access to Parkview Towers will be maintained during the construction of the new building. Traffic flow changes will occur and be relayed to residents.
The City of Burnaby dictates the number of parking stalls and bicycle storage to be provided based on the number of suites for the complex. There will be adequate parking and bicycle storage per the City's requirements.
Parking rates are based on the competitive market for the area. The rates will reflect the Burnaby market at the time of project completion.
